You can make sure that you get the results you need within the number of service days you purchase by using the time-to-finish estimates in the
services chart.Requests are services listed in
the services chart that can likely be done within the time estimated.
Active requests are the number of services that we are working on at a time in your account before moving on to the next submitted in your account.
Multiple requests may be submitted at once.
Pausing your plan pauses continued work on your requested services. Your plan must be active for work to continue.
The time estimated to finish most services only takes a few business days or less. However, total turnaround time for each can vary depending on the type, amount, and/or complexity of your requested services. Delays can also occur if required client input, content, information, or access is not timely.
Service Days: If you request more work than can be done within the amount of service days you purchased, and/or your required inputs are not shared timely with us, you may have to purchase more service days in order to finish your requested services. You can use the time estimates in
the services chart and plan accordingly.
Ensuring your legal ownership: While Site Threader can set up your required 3rd-party services on your behalf, please note that we are unable to purchase the following for you - web hosting, web domains, premium SSL certificates, SMS services, premium content delivery networks, certain plugins, and various other web services.
We can revise your request(s) to your satisfaction.Just let us know by going to the custom requests category in your services chart and requesting a
revision. If the amount of work you requested goes beyond the amount of services days you have left in your account, you will have to
renew your current plan or
purchase more service days in order to have enough to complete the request(s).
