Every plan includes managed hosting, professional email, website updates, development, bug fixes, security monitoring, daily backups, Google Workspace or Microsoft 365 administration, support with set response times, SEO and AI search visibility, and a monthly report and call. Higher plans add new landing pages, campaigns, graphics, advanced SEO and AI visibility work, local SEO, lead magnets, email campaigns, analytics, automations, and, on Revenue Accelerator, Google and Meta ad management and more. Each plan includes website management, hosting, security, SEO and AI search visibility, conversion improvements, and monthly reporting, plus a set number of custom requests each month. Higher plans add more custom requests, faster response times, and more marketing.

Yes. Small revisions to a finished custom request are included, up to 2 rounds, and don't count as a new request. Bigger changes count as a new custom request. Just request a revision in your service board.

2. Access Your services board.

3. Click the "+" Add Task button and fill out the custom request form

Pausing keeps your website and email online at our hosting-only rate of $75/mo (if you are hosting with us) while other services stop, so you only pay for full service when you want it.

Note: Any services you requested that have not been finished yet will not be completed unless your plan is active.

Also, you will not be able to request new services unless your plan is active.

Repeatedly pausing and resuming your plan to avoid billing is not allowed and goes against our terms of service.



Cancelling cancels your plan and you will then have to buy a new plan if you want more services in the future. 

When you cancel, we transfer your website and domain to you at no charge.

Furthermore, if you cancel your plan, you forfeit any remaining days of your plan.


Note: There is no time limit on how long you can pause your plan, so if you plan on requesting more work from us in the future, we suggest pausing instead to save however many days you may have left for use later.

You will not receive any incomplete requests or services without an active plan.

If you have cancelled your plan, we may hold onto your incomplete requests such as a custom website, services, content, or other assets of a requested service for a period of time in case you wish to return to Site Threader.

However, we do not guarantee that we will keep your incomplete requests indefinitely.

If you plan on returning to Site Threader to have us complete your incomplete requests at a later date and you have already cancelled your plan, contact us.
