Your plan will be paused and any incomplete requests will not be finished.

You won't be able to receive new services until your plan is set to "Active" once more.

1. Have an active plan to Site Threader.

2. Access the Services Chart here.

3. Choose the services you want done and fill in the provided questions. If you need more information about what each service is and what results each can provide for you, please see the Services Chart.

4. Submit your form and receive your request within the time estimated to completion!

We can revise your request(s) to your satisfaction.

Just let us know by going to the custom requests category in your services chart and requesting a revision.

Log into your account, then click your "Account" tab. Then click the "My Plans" tab and find the "Pause" button. Click "Pause" to pause your plan.

If you have paused your plan, you will see a button that says "Reactivate" instead. Click this to reactivate your plan when needed.

It allows you to pause your plan as needed to make sure that you're only spending your service days when you want services.

Simply activate your plan and request any of our services on demand. Then click the Pause button in your account dashboard when needed to save yourself any days you have left over, for a later date.

No pressure, no hassle.

For example: Let's say you purchased a plan and used up 15 days of work with us. You can then pause your plan, and keep the remaining 15 days in your account. At a later date, you can just reactivate your plan once more when you want more work from us with the remainder in your account.

Note: You will not be able to request new services until your plan is active once more. Also, any services you requested that have not been finished will not be completed unless your plan is active.

Pause-toggling your plan on and off abusively will not work and goes against our terms of service.



Canceling cancels your plan. You will then have to buy a new plan if you want more services in the future.

Furthermore, if you have any saved-up days due to pausing your plan, these saved-up days will not carry over if you cancel your plan.

Note: There is no time limit on how long you can pause your account, so if you plan on requesting more work from us in the future then we suggest pausing your account instead, and saving however many days you may have left for use later.

You will not receive any incomplete requests or services without an active plan.

We may hold onto your incomplete requests such as a custom website, services, content, or other assets of a requested service for a period of time in case you wish to return to your plan.

However, we cannot guarantee that we will keep your incomplete requests indefinitely in this event.

We may hold your incomplete requests in our database for 365 days or more. If you plan on returning to Site Threader to have us complete your incomplete requests and wish to extend this time, please contact us.
