Service Requests offered may be subject to change overtime and the included specifications of each Service Request may be subject to change as well. Depending on the chosen plan, we work on one to two Requests at a time per account before moving onto the next Service Request submitted in your account.
Your plan must be active while we work on your Service Requests or provide our services to you. Continous, unwarrented or excessive pausing and unpausing your plan while we work on your Service Requests voids our Terms of Service.
We may terminate or suspend access to our Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms.
All provisions of the Terms which by their nature should survive termination shall survive termination, including, without limitation, ownership provisions, warranty disclaimers, indemnity, and limitations of liability.
We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms.
Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease. If you wish to terminate your account, you may simply discontinue using the Service, or contact us via a support ticket in your account, contact us via contact or chat on our site, or by emailing your desire to terminate your account to: [email protected].

Your use of the Service is at your sole risk. The Service is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. We reserve the right to terminate our services without notice and without “END OF LIFE SUPPORT” beyond the termination of our services. The Service is provided without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including, but not limited to, implied warranties of merchantability, functionality, financial success, non-infringement, or course of performance. You understand and agree that Site Threader LLC does not provide guarantees for any kind of outcome. Site Threader LLC expressly disclaims responsibility, and shall have no liability, for any damages, loss, injury, or liability whatsoever suffered as a result of your reliance on the information or services contained in this site or otherwise shared privately or publicly. You accept all responsibility for your actions and release Site Threader LLC and all parties involved directly or indirectly from any liability for the use of any information, product, or service provided or suggested.
You agree that the time it takes to complete a Requested Service may vary from the estimated time to complete listed in the Services Chart and may depend on the amount of content, pages, complexity, required functionalities of the given Service Request as well as other factors. Requested Services are also subject to but not limited to further delays if required client content, input, information, or access is not timely. Should your Requested Service(s) go over the time purchased during your plan cycle, you agree that you may require more time and may have to purchase another plan cycle from Site Threader in order to complete your Requested Service(s).
If you’re not satisfied with our services and if we can’t work with you to make it right, we may refund you at our sole discretion. We reserve the right to withhold any uncompleted services or products if a refund is requested and a partial refund may be granted if the refund is requested before completion of your first Requested Service. Note that some services, products, software, plugins, licenses, add-ons, and/or other types of purchases are not refundable by nature and you may sustain such liability in the event of a refund.

The following Terms and Conditions (T&C, Terms or Agreement) apply to your participation in the Affiliate Program offered by Site Threader (we, us, our) or any of our affiliated entities. The Affiliate Program (the Program) allows you (the Affiliate, your) to promote Site Threader's services and receive commissions as set out in this T&C.
The Terms and Conditions incorporate by reference our Acceptable Use Policy (AUP) and our Privacy Policy.
Enrollment in the Program requires application through the affiliate signup form on the Site Threader website (the Website). We review affiliate signups before we decide if an application will be accepted. Your application may be rejected if we determine that you are not suitable for the Program at our discretion for any reason.
As a Site Threader Affiliate you agree that:
You are responsible for providing us with full and accurate account information and for keeping that information up to date. Such information includes, but is not limited to: contact details, all website URL(s) where Site Threader will be promoted, promotional practices and means, payment details, tax information and any other details we may require. We reserve the right to request additional data regarding all the websites where you promote Site Threader and the promotional practices you use. Failure to provide accurate information may result in exclusion from the Program, suspension or termination of your Affiliate account and forfeiture of any commissions.
You should act in good faith to refer customers in good standing. Customers in good standing are account owners who have provided valid contact information, are not flagged for high fraud risk, have active accounts that do not exceed any quotas or limitations as per the Site Threader Terms of Service and actively use their accounts. Active account usage is determined at our sole discretion and may be based on any of the following: number and frequency of logins into the User area and account control panel; frequency of new content upload on the account; frequency of service plan requests or usage; number of visits on the website and the frequency of such visits; any other way that unambiguously demonstrates the user actively operates with the account; etc.
You should not take actions or make recommendations to your referrals that result in a potential revenue loss for Site Threader.
You should not engage in incentivized programs and business-opportunity sites, using marketing practices that might be unethical or likely to attract customers not in good standing.
You should not use on behalf of your referrals or encourage your referrals to use on their Site Threader accounts any copyrighted or third-party material without the proper licenses.
You should not copy, alter or modify any icons, buttons, banners, graphics, files or content contained in Site Threader's Links, including but not limited to removing or altering any copyright or trademark notices, without prior written approval from us.
You should not engage in any blackhat seo/spam link building techniques in order to generate more referrals for Site Threader.
You agree not to violate any applicable law.
You should be loyal to Site Threader and should not misuse its confidence and shall not damage its reputation.
You are required to disclose the affiliate relationship with Site Threader on your website.
If we detect a pattern in your affiliate practices that in our reasonable opinion violates any aspect of the T&C, we reserve the right to suspend or terminate your affiliate account and cancel all outstanding commission payments due.
When advertising our services, you should use only promotional materials approved by Site Threader. Approved materials are only those we provide in your Affiliate Area or the ones that a Site Threader representative approves in writing. Approved materials may contain the Site Threader trade names, service marks, and/or logos for display on your Affiliate Site and slogans. We hereby grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and download such promotional materials for placement on your website for the sole and exclusive purpose of promoting websites owned, operated or controlled by Site Threader. By using such promotional materials, you agree to work with us in order to establish and maintain approved promotional materials.
Upon termination of your affiliate account the limited, non-exclusive license to access and download promotional materials of Site Threader shall be automatically withdrawn.
Inappropriate ways of advertising include, but are not limited to:
Using any illegal or spam method of advertising, e.g. unsolicited email, unauthorized placing of the link in forums, newsgroups, message boards etc.;
Bidding on keywords and phrases containing the "Site Threader" trademark, or variations or misspellings of the trademarked term on Pay per Click or Pay per Impression campaigns on the search engines (Google, Yahoo, MSN, Ask, Bing or others) without our prior approval. You are not allowed to use the Site Threader Website(s) as display URL in PPC ads and to direct-link or redirect to the Site Threader Website(s);
Using non-unique copyright infringing content to promote Site Threader;
Using traffic generated by pay to read, pay to click, banner exchanges, click exchanges, PPV advertising, pop-up/under, or similar methods;
Providing cash backs, rewards or any other kind of incentives to obtain the sale without our prior approval;
Offering price savings methods, including coupon(s), voucher(s), discount codes, or added value offers without our prior approval;
Using our advertising and promotional materials, trademark or name in a way which negatively affects our image;
Using iframes or any other techniques or technology that places your affiliate tracking cookie by any means other than an actual click-through;
Using link cloaking or masking techniques or technology with the goal to promote Site Threader on websites and/or networks not explicitly listed in your affiliate profile and hiding that traffic source;
Your website(s) must NOT contain lewd, obscene, illegal or pornographic material, or any other material that is deemed to be objectionable. This includes but is not limited to, bigotry, hatred, pornography, satanic materials, trademark and copyright materials, all content of an adult nature, etc. The designation of any materials as such is subject to our reasonable opinion;
Your domain name(s), company name, logo, trademark, product(s), project(s), service(s) must NOT contain keywords and phrases containing the "Site Threader" trademark or any other variations or misspellings confusingly similar to Site Threader trademark, name, logo or domain name, without our prior approval;
Your domain name(s), company name, logo, trademark, your product(s), project(s), service(s) must NOT contain keywords and phrases that contain or are confusingly similar to third-party trademarks, names, logos or domain names, unless you have been duly authorized by the trademark owner.
Site Threader shall have the sole right to decide if a promotional method you use is appropriate. The use of any advertising method that we consider inappropriate may result in warning, suspension or termination of your affiliate account and and cancellation of all outstanding commission payments due.
We track affiliate sales automatically by the use of cookies. The cookies are placed in the browser of the user that clicks on the affiliate link to reach our website. Each cookie is stored for at least 60 days or more. If there is a previous affiliate cookie in the same user’s browser the new cookies will overwrite it. Site Threader is not responsible for cookies intentionally deleted by users.
We shall pay you a per-sale commission for any valid sale you refer to Site Threader. For a valid sale, ALL of the following are true:
The sale was made as a result of your active referral efforts. We determine that if any of the following is true:
At the time of order the customer has an active cookie indicating you as the last affiliate who referred them to our website, provided that the customer has not reached our website through a search engine with a search string not containing the Site Threader name;
You claim that you have referred a customer no later than 2 months from their order date, the customer does not object to that claim and we do not have information that attributes the sale to another advertising channel.
Your affiliate account must be active at the time of the sale. No commission is due for sales that were made before you registered for our Affiliate Program.
The customer you refer has not used our services before and has not signed up for an affiliate account with us before.
The customer completed their order processes without any assistance from you, including when you act on behalf of the customer.
The sale is for any of our Site Threader service plans. Sales for other services or additional account features may not qualify for commissions.
The referred customer has maintained his account active more than 30 days and initially ordered with a billing term equal to or longer than one month.
Sales of Site Threader service plans that are cancelled by the customer or suspended by Site Threader for any reason do not qualify for an affiliate commission.
The initial order payment and any related service renewal payments of the referred customer are fully processed and are not subject to refund or chargeback.
We reserve the right to mark any sale as invalid at our own discretion, without providing any explanation or justification.
Site Threader shall pay all affiliate commissions based in the currency United States Dollars (USD) and on the structure outlined on the Affiliate Program signup page, unless a custom agreement exists in writing. Any commissions earned for valid sales will be paid out after a holding period of 7-30 days. We reserve the right to extend the holding period as set out in the T&C and without prior notice for as long as is reasonably necessary in order to establish the validity of a sale.
We process commission payouts once per week or less often depending on your preferences. Affiliate commissions are paid out via PayPal and you are responsible for any transaction fees, unless a custom agreement applies.
You are solely responsible for keeping all your information up to date including postal address, PayPal address, email address, name, payment information, tax information and any other personal information that will impact our ability to process a commission payout. We will suspend commission payouts until we have all required details, including your tax information. Payout on suspended commissions can be claimed up to 6 months from the date they would have been originally due for payment.
We may suspend your commission payouts at any time and for any period, if we suspect fraudulent or other improper activity or a potential violation of this Agreement by you or any customer you refer.
We reserve the right to deduct from your current and future commissions any and all commissions paid out for sales that are fraudulent, questionable, or canceled. Where no current and future commissions are due, we will send you a bill for the balance of such refunded purchase upon termination of the program or termination of the referred customer account.
We may provide you with a statement of commissions due in you Affiliate Area.
If applicable for your country of residence, we may issue self-billing invoices for all commission payouts, including applicable taxes. The Affiliate Program Terms and Conditions will be considered a valid Self-billing Agreement between you and Site Threader that shall continue until termination of your Affiliate account. By signing up for our Affiliate Program you agree to accept self-billing invoices raised by Site Threader on your behalf, not to raise any sales invoices for the commission payouts you receive from Site Threader and to notify us immediately if you change your name, company details or tax registration status.
Both Site Threader and the Affiliate agree that they enter into this Agreements as independent contractors, and nothing in this Agreement will create any partnership, joint venture, agency franchise, sales representative, or employment relationship between them. The Affiliate has no authority to make or accept any offers or representations on the behalf of Site Threader. The Affiliate cannot make any statement, whether on the Affiliate website or otherwise, that reasonably would contradict anything in this section.
You can cancel and terminate your affiliate account at any time by contacting us through your Account dashboard or emailing your cancellation and termination request to [email protected]. We will send you written confirmation that your account has been terminated.
Site Threader can terminate an affiliate account at our discretion:
With a seven-day prior notice without explanation.
Immediately with no prior notice, if you or your affiliate account violate the Affiliate Program Terms and Conditions.
Immediately with no prior notice, if you have not generated any sales for a period longer than 6 months.
Once an affiliate account is terminated, we will no longer track the sales associated with the affiliate and you will not qualify for future affiliate commissions. Any commissions due at the time of termination will be paid to the Affiliate after any holding period and in accordance with a regular payout cycle. No outstanding commission payments will be due if we terminate your account because of violation of this T&C and an administrative fee of 20 USD, or the equivalent in the currency listed in your Affiliate Area, shall be due by the Affiliate.
Upon termination of the Affiliate account, the Affiliate is obliged within 3 business days to remove all promotional materials, trademarks, links, logos and slogans of Site Threader from his or her web site. This provision shall survive the termination of the Agreement. After the termination of this Agreement, the Affiliate shall not have the right to use sitethreader trademark(s), logo and slogans and shall refrain from any actions which may directly or indirectly adversely affect the image and reputation of Site Threader, as well the business relations with its current and potential clients.
Upon termination of the affiliate account, this Agreement shall be automatically terminated.
YOU AGREE THAT, TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, YOU WILL NOT UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, NEGLIGENCE, HOLD US OR OUR LICENSORS, AGENTS, EMPLOYEES, OFFICERS AND/OR THIRD PARTY VENDORS LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES WHATSOEVER INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, DAMAGES FOR LOST PROFITS, COST SAVINGS, REVENUE, BUSINESS, DATA OR USE, OR ANY OTHER PECUNIARY LOSS BY YOU OR ANY OTHER THIRD PARTY. YOU AGREE THAT THE FOREGOING LIMITATIONS APPLY WHETHER IN AN ACTION IN CONTRACT OR TORT OR ANY OTHER LEGAL THEORY AND APPLY EVEN IF WE HAVE BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES. IN NO EVENT WILL WE BE LIABLE TO YOU IN THE AGGREGATE WITH RESPECT TO ANY AND ALL BREACHES, DEFAULTS, OR CLAIMS OF LIABILITY UNDER THIS AGREEMENT OR UNDER ANY OTHER DOCUMENT FOR AN AMOUNT GREATER THAN THE FEES ACTUALLY PAID BY YOU TO US DURING THE ONE MONTH PERIOD PRECEDING A CLAIM GIVING RISE TO SUCH LIABILITY. SOME JURISDICTIONS DO NOT ALLOW THE LIMITATION OR EXCLUSION OF LIABILITY FOR INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES. YOU AGREE THAT IN THOSE JURISDICTIONS, OUR LIABILITY WILL BE LIMITED TO THE EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW.
This provision shall survive termination of the Agreement.
Any dispute, controversy or claim arising under this Agreement shall be resolved in accordance with the legislation in the jurisdiction where the Site Threader entity servicing your Affiliate account is located.
We may alter this Agreement and any policies or provisions incorporated by reference at any time. The amendments and/or supplements of the Agreement shall be effective immediately upon posting to the website of Site Threader. The current T&C is always available on Site Threader’s website. If you do not agree to any amendments, you must terminate your Affiliate account within 10 business days of the date of the amendment. Only a Site Threader officer may alter this T&C. No agent of, or person employed by or under contract with, Site Threader has any authority to alter or vary this T&C in any way. No oral explanation or oral information given by any party shall alter the interpretation of this T&C.
The Site Threader Acceptable Use Policy (AUP) sets out the rules and guidelines for using our Services. You agree that you and your End users will use the Services in full compliance with the Site Threader Terms of Service (TOS) and the AUP.
By using any service provided by Site Threader you agree that:
You will not violate any applicable local, state, national or international law, including, but not limited to, regulations, ordinances, rules or any requirements of any applicable national or local authorities/regulator;
You will not transmit any unsolicited commercial or bulk email. You will not engage in any spamming or Mail Bombing activities;
All your outgoing email messages containing advertising will include an automated opt out;
You will not make any inappropriate communication to any Newsgroup, Mailing List, Chat Facility, or another Internet Forum;
You will not make, attempt or allow any unauthorized access to Site Threader and/or third-party website(s), server(s), or hosting accounts and/or services;
You will not allow any remote code execution of malicious software;
You will not cause denial of service attacks, port scans or other endangering and invasive procedures against Site Threader servers and facilities or the servers and facilities of other network hosts or Internet users;
You will not forge the signature or other identifying mark or code of any other person or engage in any activity (including "spoofing") to attempt to deceive other persons regarding the true identity of the User (excluding the use of anonymous remailers or Internet nicknames);
You will not display, store, distribute or otherwise make available any content or material that you are not authorized to, whether because prohibited by law, agreement or other reason. This includes but is not limited to copyrighted music, video, photos, designs, files, copyrighted software, personally identifiable or protected confidential information, trade secrets, etc.;
You will not display, store, distribute or otherwise make available any "protected health information" as defined under Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act ("HIPAA");
You may host websites related to high-risk activities where the interruption or malfunction of the Services could lead to serious consequences, including but not limited to personal injury, death, environmental damage, etc only after receipt of our explicit consent. For such websites, you must receive confirmation from us that you can use the Services before submitting your Order. Examples of high risk activities include but are not limited to nuclear facilities, air traffic control, life and health support, etc.
You will not impersonate any person or entity;
You will not harm or seek to harm minors in any way;
You will not host or operate an audio and/or video streaming service;
You will not host websites that make use of cryptopools/contain mining scripts, promote cryptocurrency money-making schemes, are crypto exchange and crypto airdrop sites;
You will not host any website, content, links or advertisements of websites that:
infringe any copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, or other proprietary rights of any party;
profess hatred for particular social, ethnical, religious or other group;
contain viruses, Trojan horses, worms, time bombs, ransomware, spyware, adware, scareware, corrupted files, or any other malicious software or programs that may interrupt, limit the functionality or destroy any software, hardware or equipment;
contain Illegal or Hacking/Phreaking Software (Warez);
contain any software that is copyrighted and not freely available for distribution without cost. This includes, but is not limited to ROMs, ROM Emulators and Mpeg Layer 3 files (MP3);
contain any kind of proxy server or other traffic relaying programs;
promote Money Making Schemes, Multi-level Marketing or similar activities;
contain Torrent trackers, Torrent Portals or similar software;
are used to operate and contain peer-to-peer network systems and file sharing systems;
are with adult content, pornographic, obscene, unlawfully harassing, or connected with child abuse or sex-related merchandising;
contain personal data, private information, images, photos, videos and any other identifying information or material of any third party, including children without their consent (or a parent's consent in the case of a minor);
advertise, encourage or give any kind of support to the use and/or sale of drugs and any related substances without permission by the government or other authority;
contain any data, material that is unlawful, abusive, threatening, harassing, or defamatory;
contain fake news, misleading, untruthful or inaccurate information;
promote, encourage or give any kind of support to violence and terrorism.
Examples of unacceptable content, data, materials, websites on all Site Threader servers include but are not limited to:
IRC Bots, Proxy Scripts, Warez, image, filedump, mirror, or banner-ad services (similar to rapidshare, photobucket, or commercial banner ad rotation), topsites, commercial audio streaming, Escrow, High-Yield Interest Programs (HYIP) or related sites, Investment sites, sale of any controlled substances without providing proof of appropriate permit(s) in advance, AutoSurf sites, Bank Debentures, Bank Debenture Trading Programs, Prime Banks Programs,, muds / rpg's, hate sites, hacking focused sites/archives/programs, or sites promoting illegal activities, IP Scanners, Brute Force Programs, Mail Bombers and Spam Scripts. Forum sites and or any other websites that distribute or link to warez content are strictly prohibited as well.
Any material that in our reasonable opinion is either obscene or threatening is strictly prohibited and will be removed from our servers.
By using our Services you also agree not to engage in or to instigate actions that cause harm to Site Threader, other Site Threader customers or any third party. Such actions include, but are not limited to, actions resulting in blacklisting any Site Threader IPs by any online spam or IP reputation database, actions resulting in DOS attacks for any Site Threader server, etc.
You are solely responsible for ensuring that all programs and scripts installed or used on the Services are secure and the permissions of directories and files are set properly. We recommend that you set the permissions on all directories and files to be as restrictive as possible. You are solely responsible for any actions and activity while using the Services, including any compromise of login credentials.
You agree to keep all your login credentials secure at any time. We reserve the right to carry out audits to determine the security level of login credentials. In the event that we determine your login credentials have been compromised (e.g. were brute-forced, hijacked, stolen, etc.) and are being used or were used for uploading, maintaining, running unacceptable content, data materials or websites, we may suspend access to the compromised Service (including but not limited to Customer Account, hosting service, user accounts, website, FTP service, Email service). We will notify you if such actions are taken against your hosting account.
You shall be solely responsible for verifying whether your content and materials comply with any applicable law, including laws in jurisdictions where your content and/or materials are uploaded, hosted or accessed. Site Threader shall not bear any liability if your use of the Services violates any law or regulation.
If your use of the Services results in violation the AUP, we may take immediate corrective action without prior warning, including deletion of content or Service suspension. Repeated violations of the AUP will result in termination of the Agreement with no refund. Site Threader shall not be liable for any loss or damage arising from our measures taken against actions causing harm to Site Threader, other Site Threader customers or any third party.
We reserve the right to terminate the Agreement for Services suspended for violation of the AUP or the TOS with no refund.

This AUP is an integral part of the Site Threader Terms of Service (TOS). For all issues related to the use of the services not settled by the AUP, the provisions of the TOS shall apply.
This waiver and release of liability includes, without limitation, all injuries and damages which may occur as a result of: The use of the services, any third-party services or recommendations, as well any instruction, information, training, coaching, or any other recommendations or products.
You acknowledge that you have carefully read this “waiver of liability” and fully understand that it is a release of liability. You agree to release Site Threader LLC from any and all claims or causes of action and waive any right that you may otherwise have to bring legal action for any personal injury or property damage.
You agree on behalf of yourself (and all your personal representatives, heirs, executors, administrators, agents, and assigns) to release and discharge Site Threader LLC, and affiliates, related entities, employees, agents, representatives, successors, and assigns from any and all claims or causes of action (known or unknown).
This waiver and release of liability includes without limitation, injuries, costs, or damages which may occur as a result of (a) the use of any products, services, or information provided by Site Threader LLC. (b) web services or facilities which may malfunction, break, or go offline. (c) Negligent instruction or supervision and Consultation (d) Negligent hiring or retention of employees, and/or (e) any other potential damages by use of any products, services, or information provided by Site Threader LLC
By execution of this agreement, you hereby agree to indemnify and hold harmless Site Threader LLC from any loss, liability, damage, or cost that may incur due to the provision of services, products, or information to you.
You understand that we do not disclose your private information and Site Threader LLC will make every reasonable effort to preserve the privacy and security of any information shared by you and shall not be liable for any inadvertent disclosure.
To the extent that statute or case law does not prohibit release for negligence, this release is also for negligence on the part of the Personal Trainer. If any portion of this release from liability shall be deemed by a Court of competent jurisdiction to be invalid, then the remainder of this release from liability shall remain in full force and effect and the offending provision or provisions severed here from.
These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of United States without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms will not be considered a waiver of those rights. If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable by a court, the remaining provisions of these Terms will remain in effect.
These Terms constitute the entire agreement between us regarding our Service and supersede and replace any prior agreements we might have between us regarding the Service. By using these Services, Products or Information, you agree to this release and acknowledge that you understand its content and that this release cannot be modified orally.
We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. By continuing to access or use our Service after those revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms. If you do not agree to the new terms, please stop using the Service.
