Service Requests are services listed in the services chart that can likely be done within the time estimated.Multiple requests may be requested all at once. We work on one active request in your account at a time before moving on to the next one submitted in your account.
Pausing your plan pauses continued work on your service requests. Your plan must be active for work to continue.
Time estimates to finish most services only takes a few business days or less. However, total turnaround time can vary depending on the type, amount, and/or complexity of your requested services. Delays can also occur if required client input, content, information, or access is not timely.
If you request more services than can be done within this plan’s cycle (14 days), and/or your required inputs are not shared timely with us, you may have to purchase more than one plan cycle in order to finish your requested services. You can use the time estimates in the services chart and subscribe accordingly.
Ensuring legal ownership: While Site Threader can assist in setting up your required 3rd-party services on your behalf, please note that we are unable to purchase the following services for you – Web Hosting, Web Domains, Premium SSL Certificates, SMS Services, Premium Content Delivery Network, certain plugins, and various other web services.
It’s imperative that you maintain legal ownership of these essential components for your website if you need them.
