Site Threader LLC ("us", "we", "our", "Site Threader", "sitethreader", "sitethreader.com") operates the sitethreader.com website and its services (the "Service", "Product", "Website", "App", or "Information").

Please read these Terms of Service ("Terms", "Terms of Service") carefully before using any website, service, or information offered by Site Threader LLC.
Our Privacy Policy, Cookie Policy, Acceptable Use Policy (found at the bottom of this document), and Plan Scope & Service Terms are part of these Terms. By using the Service, you agree to all of them.
Your access to and use of the Service is conditioned on your acceptance of and compliance with these Terms. These Terms apply to all visitors, users, and others who access or use the Service. If you disagree with any part of these Terms, you may not access the Service.
When you create an account with us, you must provide information that is accurate, complete, and current at all times. Failure to do so is a breach of these Terms and may result in termination of your account.
You are responsible for safeguarding the password you use to access the Service and for any activities or actions under your password, whether your password is with our Service or a third-party service.
You agree not to disclose your password to any third party. You must notify us immediately upon becoming aware of any breach of security or unauthorized use of your Site Threader account.
One account per person. You may not share your account with anyone else. A business may add team members as separate users where our dashboard allows.
By visiting our website, you agree to use it only for the purposes intended and as permitted by these Terms, any additional contracts with us, and applicable laws, regulations, and generally accepted online practices and industry guidelines. You must not use our website or services to publish or distribute any material which consists of (or is linked to) malicious computer software; use data collected from our website for any direct marketing activity; or conduct any systematic or automated data collection activities on or in relation to our website.
Engaging in any activity that causes, or may cause, damage to the website or that interferes with the performance, availability, or accessibility of the website is strictly prohibited.
The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of Site Threader LLC and its licensors.
Your work. Once paid for, you own the completed work we deliver to you, including your website content, designs, and other asset files created specifically for you. We keep ownership of our own tools, templates, code libraries, processes, and know-how.
Third-party licenses. Premium plugins, themes, fonts, and stock images are licensed from third parties under their own terms. Licenses provided under our agency accounts are for use only during your Plan and are removed when your Plan ends. Stock images we provide are licensed for use on your Web Property only.
Portfolio. We may show completed work in our portfolio and case studies however you may ask us not to in writing.
Unless specific content dictates otherwise, you are not granted a license or any other right under copyright, trademark, patent, or other intellectual property rights to the content of our website. You will not use, copy, reproduce, perform, display, distribute, embed into any electronic medium, alter, reverse engineer, decompile, transfer, download, transmit, monetize, sell, market, or commercialize any resources on this website in any form without our prior written permission, except as allowed by mandatory law (such as the right to quote).
Notwithstanding the foregoing, you may forward our newsletter in electronic form to others who may be interested in visiting our website.
Our Service may contain links to third-party websites or services that are not owned or controlled by Site Threader LLC. We have no control over, and assume no responsibility for, the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party websites or services. You acknowledge and agree that Site Threader LLC is not responsible or liable, directly or indirectly, for any damage or loss caused or alleged to be caused by or in connection with the use of or reliance on any such content, goods, or services.
We strongly advise you to read the terms and privacy policies of any third-party websites or services that you visit.
While using our Service, we may ask you to provide personally identifiable information that can be used to contact or identify you ("Personal Information"), which may include your name, email address, telephone number, address, and Log Data.
We collect information that your browser sends whenever you visit our Service ("Log Data"). This may include your computer's Internet Protocol ("IP") address, browser type, browser version, the pages of our Service that you visit, the time and date of your visit, the time spent on those pages, and other statistics.
By using the Service, you consent to the information collection and use described in these Terms and our Privacy Policy.
Consultations, emails, calls, texts, and other communications may be recorded and stored privately for security, legal, and service purposes. By using the Service, you consent to the recording and storage of communications between the parties and waives further notice of it. If you record communications with us, you agree to tell us.
Many Service Requests require access to your accounts, such as your web hosting provider, domain registrar, email accounts, control panel, payment processor, analytics, ad accounts, and other third-party services. Where possible, please add us as a user instead of sharing your own password.
By providing access or credentials, you authorize us to log into those accounts on your behalf to perform the requested services. You remain responsible for protecting, changing, and securing your credentials, including after our services end.
We will make every reasonable effort to keep your information and credentials safe and confidential, in line with our Privacy Policy and applicable law. Except in cases of our gross negligence or willful misconduct, you agree that Site Threader LLC is not liable for losses or damages arising from the use of shared credentials, including unauthorized access or misuse of your accounts by third parties.
Plan scope. Each Plan's included services, limits, and hours are described on our Plan Scope & Service Terms page, which is part of these Terms. Each Plan includes everything in the Plans below it.
One Web Property Per Plan. Each Plan covers one Web Property owned or operated by one business. A Plan may not be shared, split, or used across multiple Web Properties, businesses, or clients, including by agencies, resellers, or consultants acting for their own clients. Each additional Web Property requires its own Plan. If we find a Plan being used for more than one Web Property, we may pause work and ask you to purchase additional Plans before work continues.
Hours and limits. Plan hours, tickets, and Request slots reset each billing period and do not roll over. Hours are tracked in 15-minute increments and cannot be moved between categories. Work beyond your Plan's limits is billed at $150 per hour, with your approval first.
Timelines. The time to complete a Request depends on its size, complexity, and the content and access you provide. Turnaround times on our website are estimates, not guarantees. A Request larger than your remaining hours may be split across billing periods or quoted separately.
Changing Plans. You may upgrade or downgrade from your dashboard. The change takes effect on your next billing date.
Availability. Each Plan is limited to a set number of clients at a time. When a Plan is full, new clients may join a waitlist.
You may submit as many Service Requests as you like through your account dashboard. Depending on your Plan, we work on one to three Requests at a time, in the order received, except for emergencies and Revenue Accelerator's priority queue. The services offered and their specifications may change over time. Results and outcomes are not guaranteed to be the same for everyone.
We reserve the right to refuse any Request that goes against our values, at our sole discretion, including but not limited to the following subject matter:
Regular work: 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. Central Time, Monday through Friday, excluding U.S. federal holidays.
Emergency Coverage Hours: 7 a.m. to 9 p.m. Central Time, seven days a week. Emergencies reported outside these hours are answered from the start of the next Emergency Coverage window. Emergency response times and severity levels are described in the Site Threader Guarantees below and on our Plan Scope & Service Terms page.
We work on your Requests only while your Plan is active.
You agree to:
If you or anyone other than Site Threader changes your Web Property, installs software, or edits settings and something breaks, the fix uses your Plan hours or is billed at $150 per hour.
You may pause your Plan at any time from your account dashboard. Pausing stops billing and work immediately. Requests that are not finished stay in your queue until you resume.
If you resume before your original next billing date, your next charge occurs on that date. If you resume after it, your billing date moves forward by the number of days you were late in resuming.
Your website, domain, and email continue during a pause as described in the Hosting, domain, and email terms on our Plan Scope & Service Terms page.
No pause-toggling abuse. Repeatedly pausing and resuming your Plan to receive work while avoiding payment is not allowed and may result in cancellation of your Plan.
Cancelling your Plan. You may cancel at any time from your account dashboard, by support ticket, or by emailing [email protected]. Your Plan stays active until the end of your current billing period. You keep all completed work. Unfinished Requests are not completed after your Plan ends. Your website, domain, and email follow the 30-day cancellation transition described on our Plan Scope & Service Terms page.
Our right to terminate. We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service if you breach these Terms or our Acceptable Use Policy, fail to pay, or act abusively toward our team. Where reasonable, we may give notice first. If we terminate for breach, we may shorten or end the cancellation transition period.
Survival. All provisions of these Terms which by their nature should survive termination shall survive, including ownership provisions, payment obligations, warranty disclaimers, indemnity, and limitations of liability.
These guarantees apply to Plans. One-time Packages are covered by the Refund Policy, not by these guarantees. Where these guarantees conflict with any other part of these Terms, these guarantees control.
1. First-Month Guarantee
1.1 If you are a new client and are not satisfied with your Plan, you may request a refund of your first month's Plan fee within 30 days of the date your Plan first became active.
1.2 Before a refund is issued, you agree to one 30-minute call with us so we have the chance to resolve your concern. If you are still not satisfied after the call, we will refund 100% of your first month's Plan fee within 15 business days, and your Plan will be cancelled.
1.3 You keep all completed work, including onboarding bonus work, delivered to you during your first month.
1.4 The following are not refundable: domain registrations, software and plugin licenses, hosting or infrastructure already provisioned for you, advertising spend, and any third-party platform, subscription, or usage fees paid on your behalf.
1.5 This guarantee is available once per business and does not apply to clients who previously held a Plan with us.
2. Emergency Response Promise
2.1 An "Emergency" means: (a) your website is unavailable to visitors; (b) your website's checkout or payment process is not working; or (c) business email that we manage for you cannot send or receive.
2.2 We will respond to an Emergency within the following times:
2.3 "Respond" means a member of our team acknowledges the Emergency and begins work on it. It does not mean the Emergency will be fully resolved within that time.
2.4 Response times are measured during Emergency Coverage Hours (7 a.m. to 9 p.m. Central Time, seven days a week). For an Emergency reported outside those hours, the response time begins at the start of the next Emergency Coverage window.
2.5 The response time begins when the Emergency is reported through a support ticket marked "Emergency" or by phone, or when our monitoring systems alert us, whichever happens first. Reports made through other channels (such as text messages, social media, or personal email) do not start the response time.
2.6 This promise does not apply to Emergencies caused by: (a) outages or failures of third parties, including hosting providers you manage, domain registrars, email providers, payment processors, and other software or platforms; (b) changes made by you or anyone other than Site Threader; (c) scheduled maintenance we told you about in advance; or (d) events outside our reasonable control, such as natural disasters, widespread internet outages, or government action. We will still respond to these Emergencies as quickly as we reasonably can.
3. Deliverables Guarantee (Growth Partner and Revenue Accelerator)
3.1 If a monthly deliverable listed for your Plan on our Plan Scope & Service Terms page is not completed by the end of your billing period, we will complete it at no additional charge.
3.2 This guarantee applies only if you provided the content, access, approvals, and information needed for that deliverable by day 10 of your billing period, or within 5 business days of our request, whichever is later.
3.3 This guarantee covers completion of the work listed for your Plan. It does not cover results, including search rankings, traffic, leads, sales, revenue, conversion rates, or mentions in AI tools or search engines.
4. Limits That Apply to All Guarantees
4.1 To file a claim, submit a support ticket within 14 days of the event.
4.2 These guarantees apply only while your Plan is active and your account is paid in full. They do not apply while your Plan is paused, or if you have violated these Terms or our Acceptable Use Policy.
4.3 These guarantees are your only remedy for the matters they cover.
Plans
One-Time Packages
Never refundable: domain registrations, software and plugin licenses, hosting or infrastructure already provisioned, advertising spend, and third-party platform, subscription, or usage fees.

Each Package's included work, price, and timeline are described on its page or in your written quote. Timelines begin once we receive all required content, access, assets, and information. Work outside a Package's listed scope is quoted separately or billed at $150 per hour.
We use and connect to third-party services, including hosting providers, domain registrars, email providers, payment processors, plugin and theme makers, Google, Meta, and AI platforms. These services may change, go down, or change their pricing outside our control. We are not responsible for their outages, policy changes, data handling, or pricing, though we will work to resolve issues they cause for you within your Plan.
Advertising. Advertising accounts are owned by you, and ad spend is paid by you directly to the platforms. Ad platforms may reject or limit ads under their own policies. We do not guarantee ad approval, performance, or results.
AI-assisted work. We may use AI tools to help with drafting, research, and analysis. A person reviews and edits work before it is delivered. We do not enter your confidential information into public AI tools.
Our Plans and Packages are not designed to handle protected health information ("PHI") as defined under the Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act ("HIPAA"). Please do not collect patient health information through website forms, chat, or email that we manage. We sign Business Associate Agreements only by separate written agreement, using vendors that also support HIPAA.
We access your customers' personal data only as needed to perform our services, as described in our Privacy Policy.
Your use of the Service is at your sole risk. Except for the Site Threader Guarantees, the Service is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis, without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, or course of performance.
Site Threader LLC does not guarantee any outcome, including search rankings, traffic, leads, sales, revenue, or mentions in AI tools. Uptime figures are targets, not guarantees. Site Threader LLC is not responsible for any damages, loss, or injury suffered as a result of your reliance on information or recommendations shared publicly or privately. Nothing we provide is financial, legal, or medical advice.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Site Threader LLC will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenue, data, or business opportunities, arising from or related to the Service.
Our total liability for any claim arising from or related to the Service will not exceed the fees you paid to Site Threader LLC in the 3 months before the event giving rise to the claim.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, you agree, on behalf of yourself and your personal representatives, heirs, executors, administrators, agents, and assigns, to release Site Threader LLC and its affiliates, employees, agents, representatives, successors, and assigns from all claims and causes of action, known or unknown, arising from: (a) the use of any products, services, or information provided by Site Threader LLC; (b) web services or facilities that malfunction, break, or go offline; (c) any instruction, training, consultation, or recommendations; and (d) third-party services or recommendations.
To the extent that statute or case law does not prohibit release for negligence, this release includes negligence on the part of Site Threader LLC. It does not apply to our gross negligence or willful misconduct. If any portion of this release is found invalid by a court of competent jurisdiction, the remainder will remain in full force and effect.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Site Threader LLC from any loss, liability, damage, or cost, including reasonable attorneys' fees, arising from your content, your use of the Service, your violation of these Terms or the Acceptable Use Policy, or your violation of any law or the rights of a third party.
We do not sell your private information. Site Threader LLC will make every reasonable effort to preserve the privacy and security of information you share, as described in our Privacy Policy.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Illinois, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any dispute will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Illinois.
Any failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms will not be considered a waiver of those rights. If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in effect.
These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, Cookie Policy, Acceptable Use Policy, and Plan Scope & Service Terms, are the entire agreement between us regarding the Service and replace any prior agreements regarding the Service. Any written quote or signed agreement for specific work is also part of this agreement for that work. These Terms cannot be modified orally.
We may modify or replace these Terms at any time. For material changes, we may email active clients at least 30 days before the changes take effect. By continuing to use the Service after changes take effect, you agree to the revised Terms. If you do not agree, please stop using the Service and cancel your Plan.

The Site Threader Acceptable Use Policy ("AUP") sets out the rules for using our Services. You agree that you and your end users will use the Services in full compliance with the Site Threader Terms of Service and this AUP.
You will not violate any applicable local, state, national, or international law, including regulations, ordinances, rules, or requirements of any applicable authority or regulator;
You will not send unsolicited commercial or bulk email, or engage in spamming or mail bombing. You must have permission to email everyone on your lists, and you will not use purchased, rented, or scraped lists;
All of your outgoing marketing emails will include a working unsubscribe link and your business address, as required by law;
You will not make any inappropriate communication to any newsgroup, mailing list, chat facility, or other internet forum;
You will not make, attempt, or allow any unauthorized access to Site Threader and/or third-party websites, servers, or hosting accounts and services;
You will not allow any remote code execution of malicious software;
You will not cause denial of service attacks, port scans, or other endangering and invasive procedures against Site Threader servers and facilities or the servers and facilities of other network hosts or internet users;
You will not forge the signature or other identifying mark or code of any other person, or engage in any activity (including "spoofing") to deceive other persons about the true identity of the user;
You will not display, store, distribute, or otherwise make available any content or material that you are not authorized to, whether prohibited by law, agreement, or other reason. This includes copyrighted music, video, photos, designs, files, software, personally identifiable or protected confidential information, and trade secrets;
You will not display, store, distribute, or otherwise make available any "protected health information" as defined under the Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act ("HIPAA"), unless covered by a signed Business Associate Agreement with Site Threader;
You may host websites related to high-risk activities, where the interruption or malfunction of the Services could lead to serious consequences such as personal injury, death, or environmental damage, only after receiving our explicit written consent before ordering. Examples include nuclear facilities, air traffic control, and life support systems;
You will not impersonate any person or entity;
You will not harm or seek to harm minors in any way;
You will not host or operate an audio or video streaming service;
You will not host websites that use cryptocurrency mining scripts, promote cryptocurrency money-making schemes, or operate crypto exchanges or airdrops;
You will not host any website, content, links, or advertisements that:

IRC bots, proxy scripts, warez, image, file dump, mirror, or banner-ad services, topsites, commercial audio streaming, escrow, High-Yield Investment Programs (HYIP) or related sites, investment sites, sale of controlled substances without proof of appropriate permits, autosurf sites, bank debentures or bank debenture trading programs, prime bank programs, MUDs and RPGs, hate sites, hacking-focused sites, archives, or programs, sites promoting illegal activities, IP scanners, brute force programs, mail bombers, and spam scripts. Forums or other websites that distribute or link to warez content are strictly prohibited.
Any material that in our reasonable opinion is obscene or threatening is prohibited and will be removed.
You agree not to engage in or instigate actions that harm Site Threader, other Site Threader clients, or any third party, including actions that result in Site Threader IP addresses being blacklisted or Site Threader servers being targeted by denial of service attacks. We may pause email sending if spam complaints, bounces, or blacklisting put sending reputation or our systems at risk.
You are responsible for ensuring that any programs and scripts you install or use on the Services are secure. You are responsible for all activity under your login credentials, including any compromise of those credentials.
You agree to keep your login credentials secure at all times. We may audit the security of login credentials. If we determine your credentials have been compromised (for example, brute-forced, hijacked, or stolen) and used for unacceptable content or activity, we may suspend access to the affected service (including your account, hosting, website, FTP, or email). We will notify you if we take such action.
You are responsible for verifying that your content and materials comply with applicable law in every jurisdiction where they are uploaded, hosted, or accessed. Site Threader is not liable if your use of the Services violates any law or regulation.
If your use of the Services violates this AUP, we may take immediate corrective action, including removing content or suspending the Service. Repeated or serious violations may result in termination without refund. Site Threader is not liable for any loss or damage arising from actions we take to protect Site Threader, our clients, or third parties.
